Electrochemical Breathalyzers

Q: What types of breathalyzers do you offer?

A: We offer electrochemical breathalyzers for personal testing, workplace and business use, and professional or law-enforcement applications. Features and specifications vary by model.

Q: How accurate are your breathalyzers?

A: Our highest-specification models can achieve an accuracy level of 0.02 mg/L, with a measurement range of 0.02–200 mg/L. Please check the individual product specifications.

Q: How often should a breathalyzer be calibrated?

A: Under normal operating conditions, our breathalyzers can maintain reliable performance for up to one year. Calibration frequency may vary depending on usage and storage conditions.

Q: What sensing technology do your breathalyzers use?

A: Our current breathalyzer range uses electrochemical sensing technology. We offer professional and high-performance alcohol detection devices using semiconductor and electrochemical chip solutions.

Q: How quickly will the test result appear?

A: Our fastest models can provide a test result in approximately three seconds. Actual response time depends on the model and testing conditions.

Q: What FDA documentation do you have?

A: The applicable breath alcohol testing device has U.S. FDA establishment registration and device listing documentation. FDA registration and listing do not constitute FDA approval.

Gas Detectors & Product Support

Q: What gases can your detectors monitor?

A: Our product range includes detectors for carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, formaldehyde, and alcohol. Selected models also monitor ambient temperature and humidity.

Q: What does the four-in-one gas detector measure?

A: Our four-in-one detector monitors carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, and ambient temperature and humidity in one compact device.

Q: Do gas detectors require calibration?

A: Calibration requirements depend on the sensor type, usage frequency, and selected model. Please follow the product manual or contact us for model-specific calibration guidance.

Q: Do you offer both single-gas and multi-gas detectors?

A: Yes. We offer single-gas detectors for targeted monitoring and four-in-one models for customers who need several environmental readings from one device.

Q: What certifications are available for your gas detectors?

A: Available documentation varies by model and may include CE, RoHS, and FCC. Please confirm the exact certificate package for your selected product before ordering.

Q: How do I choose the right gas detector?

A: Tell us the target gas, required measurement range, application environment, and quantity. Our team will recommend a suitable single-gas or multi-gas detector.

Digital electronic scale & Product Support

Q: What types of digital scales do you offer?

A: We offer jewelry scales, milligram scales, coffee scales, spoon scales, kitchen scales, and compact pocket scales for different weighing requirements.

Q: How do I use the tare function?

A: Place the empty container on the platform and press the TARE button to reset the display to zero. You can then add the material for net-weight measurement.

Q: Why is my scale reading unstable?

A: Place the scale on a flat, stable surface away from airflow and vibration. Check the battery, reset the scale to zero, and recalibrate it if necessary.

Q: How do I choose the right digital scale?

A: Consider the required maximum capacity, measurement resolution, platform size, units, and intended application. Contact us if you need help selecting a suitable model.

Q: Does a digital scale need calibration?

A: Calibration may be required after transportation or extended use. Use the specified calibration weight and follow the instructions provided with the selected model.

Q: Can you help me select a scale for my application?

A: Yes. Tell us what you need to weigh, the required capacity and precision, and your preferred scale size. Our team will recommend a suitable product.

Orders, Shipping & After-Sales

Q: What is the minimum order quantity for OEM customization?

A: The minimum order quantity is 500 units for custom packaging and 500 units for custom logo printing. Other customization requirements can be discussed separately.

Q: Do you ship products worldwide?

A: Yes. We can arrange international shipping to customers worldwide. Available shipping methods depend on the destination, order quantity, product type, and local regulations.

Q: What is the product warranty period?

A: Our products include a 365-day warranty. If a problem occurs, please contact us with your order number, product model, photos or video, and a description of the issue.

Q: How long does sampling and production take?

A: Sample preparation normally takes seven working days. Standard production usually takes approximately ten days after the sample and order details have been confirmed.

Q: How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?

A: Shipping time and cost depend on the destination, order quantity, weight, and selected shipping method. We will provide an estimated shipping quotation before confirmation.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

A: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided the original packaging is complete and the product is undamaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
